Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To protect product safety and quality, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Log in to My Account, find the order under Order History, and select "Return" — or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within one business day.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or store wallet, if you prefer) within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
