Alanine Wellness ships Pan-India, with Cash on Delivery available at checkout.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS/email, and it will also appear under Order History in My Account.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Many orders qualify for free shipping — the exact charge (if any) is always shown before you pay.
We currently deliver across India. If your pincode isn't serviceable by our courier partners, you'll be notified at checkout.
Occasionally, weather, courier volume, or regional restrictions can delay delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll look into it right away.
